We are committed to creating software that people love to use. To achieve this, we go the extra mile to understand our customers' needs and preferences. We visit their sites and factories to see how our software is being used and to speak directly with end-users. By doing so, we are able to design and create products that are tailored to our customers' unique requirements.
Our ultimate goal is to make our software as user-friendly as possible. We understand that people use our products all day, so it is crucial that they enjoy working with them. To achieve this, we design our work processes to be seamlessly integrated with existing ERPs or other production systems. We also strive to minimize the amount of work required of users, often requiring only 1 or 2 inputs per day.

We believe in transparency and open communication, both within our company and with our customers and partners. Our Scandinavian approach to communication ensures that everyone is heard, respected, and valued.
We also know that a positive and joyful work environment is essential to achieving our goals. That's why we combine hard work with team-building activities that take us outside and into nature. From quarterly retrospective sessions held in botanical gardens or on the beach, to team-building boat trips, we believe that work can be enjoyable and productive at the same time.
Sustainability is also a key value for us. We are committed to writing clean and efficient code, and to creating smart solutions that contribute to a greener future. We believe that technology has an important role to play in solving the world's environmental challenges, and we are dedicated to doing our part.

SDG-s and Environmental Impact
Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure: We invest heavily in research and development (R&D) to continuously improve our products and services. By focusing on innovation, we aim to enhance efficiency, reduce electricity consumption, and minimize working time per technical operation, such as the creation of technical drawings.
Goal 12: especially target 12.6: Responsible Consumption and Production: We prioritize efficiency throughout our operations, including at the code level. Our principle is to create solutions that are efficient, minimizing waste in the process. By doing so, we contribute to a more sustainable environment, as we understand that good code reduces environmental impact.
Goal 8: especially 8.2: Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading and innovation, including through a focus on high-value added and labor-intensive sectors: We actively consider the environmental implications of our actions. We recognize that code quality plays a role in environmental sustainability, as bad code can negatively impact the environment. Therefore, we strive to create solutions efficiently, minimizing waste and reducing CO2 emissions associated with technical operations, such as creating technical drawings.
Goal 5: especially 5.5: Gender Equality: We are committed to gender equality and diversity. Half of our board members and owners are female, including our CEO. Additionally, we ensure that salaries are gender agnostic, promoting equal pay for equal work.
To achieve these SDG principles, we implement sustainable practices within our company. We embrace home offices, which help reduce waste, and we prioritize using conference calls instead of unnecessary travel, minimizing our carbon footprint.
